Theory Test
You can study for the theory test whilst learning to drive. Your instructor will be able to help with any questions if you have difficulties.
The theory test is a computer-based test in two parts.
The first part is 50 multiple-choice questions, answered by clicking on the mouse button. You have 40 minutes to answer the questions and have to answer 43 correctly to pass.
The second part is a Hazard Perception test, which will continue 3 minutes after completing the theory questions. This test will contain 14 video clips lasting about a minute each. Each clip contains one or more hazards, which you must respond to by clicking on the mouse button. There are 15 hazards, the quicker you respond to the hazard the higher your score will be.
